• Sale of SayPlay NFC stickers (single, trio, and family box packs).
• Cloud storage and delivery of voice and video messages.
• Web-based recording and playback platform (no app required).
• B2B wholesale and partnership programmes.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Stripe, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

• UK Standard (FREE): 3-5 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• UK Express (\u00a33.99): 1-2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• International (\u00a37.99): 5-10 business days. Customs charges may apply.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your SayPlay stickers, you may return unused, unopened stickers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at info@sayplay.co.uk with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Voice and Video Content

You retain ownership of all voice and video content you create using SayPlay. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and deliver your content to intended recipients. You are solely responsible for the content you create. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Prohibited content includes: illegal material, hate speech, harassment, explicit content involving minors, and content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SayPlay website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SayPlay Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
